THE EMMYS: Inside the Presenters Gift Lounge!

Our fearless L.A. contributor Consuela Nance takes on the arduous task of covering the Emmys Gifting Suites!

The Presenters Gift Lounge backstage at Nokia was in full effect over the weekend with gift goodies for all of the celebrity presenters. I went on Saturday, the day before the Emmys.

I spotted Kerry Washington grabbing a hefty supply of Emergen-C, the premiere sponsors of the event. Giancarlo Esposito mentioned that he starts his day with Emergen-C every day. With fifteen flavors to choose from, I myself grabbed a handful of Peach and Passion Fruit, as well as my all-time favorite Blueberry Acai.

There was jewerly from Bling Queen Jill Reno, which is where Lucy Liu landed a pair of beatle wing earrings and Melissa McCarthy picked up a beautiful necklace. Jill would really like to have her jewelry sold in an L.A. store, lets keep our fingers crossed that this happens soon as all the diamonds were colorful and brilliant. Right now, the pieces are available at her website, www.JillRenoCollection.com.

Watches by Aquaswiss were cool and trendy looking, with chunky designs that worked for men and women.  The paper denim & cloth jeans were fitting everyone properly with the best bootylicious shapes you could come by in a skinny jean, and I do mean skinny.

Being the hat chick that I am, I ventured over to check out New Era hats and caps. There are some very chic looking fedoras that are definitely a unisex trend as Melissa and Giancarlo walked away with the same style.

The new TiVo 4 was on hand. This new version records four shows at the same time and allows you to watch a fifth while recording! Melissa said she was way overdue for a new model since she was still working with the first one that was introduced to her. She definitely got her upgrade!

New Balance kicked sneakers over to Lucy who grabbed a purple pair, and Kerry┬á who grabbed a pair of pink sneaks. But why bother with the gym, when you could just head on over to body sponsors Zerona, a non-invasive body contouring system. It freezes the fat and in just a few sessions you could lose up to 3 1/2 inches. For $2400 you get six sessions, and no they don’t take insurance, I did ask. But hey, it may be worth it to fit into the skinny jeans too!
