Who is Joe Vega?
Joe is a native New Yorker hailing from The Bronx. He is a 16-year veteran in the health and fitness industries. Successfully bridging the gap between physical therapy and fitness services, he’s now concentrating his focus on educating clients on the interconnectedness between mind, body and spirit.
What BOX+BREATHE classes can I take?
Held in New York City, you can take BOX + BREATHE semi-private training, which is 3 to 8 tribe members embarking on a 50-minute mindfulness journey in search of their authentic selves. Or try a SOLO JOURNEY, a 60-minute journey to strengthen your inner heroine in mind + body + spirit.
