It may take a minute for The Bachelor alum and reality star Shayne Lamas to convince her dad, actor Lorenzo Lamas, to accept her surprise marriage to TheDirty.com founder Nik Richie, who she’s known for about a week.

But one guy from her past is truly happy for her: ex-fiance Matt Grant!

“I wish Shayne all the best, he’s one lucky guy,” the only foreign Bachelor tells TV DivaGal exclusively.

Matt, who appeared on the series in season 12, asked for Shayne’s hand in marriage, but the couple parted ways two months later.

The British native relocated to Los Angeles, Calif., where he’s been actively been working on projects in front of and behind the camera. His latest is Pimp My Bride, according to our pals at BettyConfidential.com. “It’s about the groom being in control of the wedding,ΓÇ¥ Matt revealed. Wonder if that was the case for Nik!
