Tell him to stop his whining! TV DivaGal has learned the series about a group of friends who duke it out in their fantasy football league is back in production this week.

“It will air in the fall,” confirms star Mark Duplass, who plays Pete, the troublemaker of the group, and half the creative force behind the new dark comedy Cyrus, which opens tomorrow.

As for what will happen in The League, season two, Mark says, “They have kept the script a complete secret.”

But he does reveal what he would like happen to his character.

“I think that he went through a serious weight training regimen and got really buff, and got spa treatments on the side.”

Now that’s a summer hiatus we all would enjoy!
