WATCH THIS? Match Made In Heaven Premieres Tonight!

Dishing Diva shares her first take on Match Made In Heaven, premiering tonight on WEtv.

Tonight is the premiere of WEtv’s new reality show, Match Made In Heaven. In it, Shawn Bullard, an African American real estate magnate and former college athlete, is looking for true love. Who’s helping him make the choice? Pastor Ken Johnson and of course, Shawn’s mama. Dishing Diva got to check out the show early, and here are my initial thoughtsΓÇª

Mama has a mouth on her! She’s speaking her mind to these Mrs. Bullard hopefuls, and sometimes, it’s not pretty.

These girls are ΓÇª interesting. They have grand ideas (delusions?) of what their relationship with Shawn should be: the modern-day Victoria and David Beckham? (As if those two are old!). One girl is sexually fluid, as Wendy Williams would say, and has only slept with women. One girl bends herself into a pretzel on a kitchen counter, and another talks about her STDs. We’re pretty sure Image Gal would NOT approve.

The one thing that is nice about MMIH is the diversity of women on the show ΓÇô there are black and white girls too. But unfortunately, no matter what their color, Shawn deserves a much better lot to choose from.
