Restaurant Pearl (33 Peck Slip)

Tapping into the Korean influence of its owners, Restaurant Pearl (pictured up top) inside 33 Seaport Hotel marries international classics with Korean-inspired flavors and spices inspired by traditional bon chon and Korean street food. For Thanksgiving, Chef Jorge Bruderer is serving turkey and a variety of sides inspired by Americana classics in bon chon style. Located inside the Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad, Chef José Andrés is putting a spin on traditional Thanksgiving dishes and fan favorites with some special surprises. Enjoy Butternut Squash Hommus, Fall Vegetable Horiatiki and Turkey Kleftiko, turkey confit with Lebanese seven spice, chestnuts and caramelized onions wrapped in house-made phyllo. Chef and TV personality Marcus Samuelsson‘s new restaurant in Chelsea is offering à la carte dishes such as salmon with cornbread stuffing and cranberry sauce, Turkey Leg Jubilee with mussels, chicken, shishito peppers and golden rice and 7 Aunties greens, which the DivaGals devoured at the BLK Match Holiday Dinner, and a soulful staples Mac & Cheese and Sweet Potato Pie. Looking for a sustainably sourced Thanksgiving dinner? Bell Book & Candle is serving up a mindfully sourced, three-course meal featuring a delicious array of seasonal delights. Begin your feast with the option of a Pear & Blue Cheese Salad with mixed greens, adorned with toasted pecans, raisins, and their housemade balsamic dressing or Butternut Squash Soup topped with fried sage and sage oil. The main show is the Heritage Turkey sourced from Lancaster, served with pan gravy.
