WEDDING DRESS DESIGNERS WEEK: Romantic Wedding Dresses with Simone Carvalli

All across America, brides-to-be for Spring and Summer ’12 are piling over bridal books and hitting showrooms across the nation to find the perfect gown. The DivaGals love a wedding story, so this week, we’re bringing you some of the hottest wedding dress designers across the nation … and beyond.

On Sunday evening, the DivaGals were front row and center to witness the Spring 2012 designs of bridal designer Simone Carvalli.

Inside the Asia Society and Museum on Manhattan’s Upper East Side we oohed and ahhed over the six-year-old company’s collection of silk, taffeta and tulle draped in figuring-flattering shapes, whether they be strapless, one-shoulder or hem-raising (we caught our real bride-to-be who accompanied us grinning from ear to ear on numerous occasions). We also loved that the models actually looked like real gals who would be making their way down the aisle, making us all feel like we can a princess on our wedding day!
