THURSDAY, Aug. 18

She-Hulk: Attorney at Law (Disney+) Jennifer Walters (Tatiana Maslany) is an attorney specializing in superhuman-oriented legal cases. She must also navigate the complicated life of being a single, 30-something that transforms into green 6-foot-7-inch superpowered hulk! The nine-episode comedy series features Mark Ruffalo as Smart Hulk, Tim Roth as Emil Blonsky/the Abomination, and Benedict Wong as Wong, along with Girls5Eva’s Renée Elise Goldsberry.

The Con (10 p.m., ABC) If you haven’t been watching this series, you’re missing out. Hosted by Whoopi Goldberg, The Con lays out how the most charming of people are fleecing others out of everything. It’s part horror story and part cautionary tale so we can keep our own money in our pockets where it belongs! This week: A mild-mannered college graduate is alleged to have siphoned billions of dollars from an investment fund right under the nose of industry watchdogs.
