She paired this food-friendly Riesling with Asian seasoned nuts and a fresh seafood platter. She mentioned its complexity, which is typical of Mosel wines and the environment the grapes are grown. She used descriptives that include “crisp, fruity, and acidity.”

We thought that it was the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, with a lovely mineral-laced finish. Thank you, Sam!
