Under the glow of New York City lights, a new generation of tastemakers, collectors, and creatives gathered for a night where culture felt both nostalgic and strikingly present. In celebration of Women’s History Month, Trading Pages VOL.003 transformed the Times Square EDITION into a living archive, honoring the enduring power of print and the women who shaped it.

The evening, hosted in partnership with Team Epiphany, LOBOS 1707, and Complex, was more than an event; it was an experience. Guests moved through a curated gallery of vintage magazine covers and rare archival issues dating back to 1979, each page telling a story of influence, identity, and cultural evolution.
There they were—icons who defined eras and redefined possibility: Nina Simone, Diana Ross, Michelle Obama, and Beyoncé, their images preserved in glossy covers that once sat on coffee tables, newsstands, and bedroom floors, shaping how women saw themselves and the world.

But this wasn’t just about looking back. Throughout the night, guests browsed, traded, and purchased collectible issues, turning nostalgia into interaction. Print became tactile again—something to hold, exchange, and rediscover.
Founded in 2025 by Reggie Singletary and Kamari Spence, Trading Pages is reimagining the role of physical media in a digital age. It offers a return to something intentional: storytelling you can touch.
As Coltrane Curtis shared during the evening, “Print has always been more than paper, it’s a record of culture.” And in that room, you could feel it. Conversations sparked over shared memories, favorite covers, and the women who inspired them.
For DivaGalsDaily, the night was a reminder that culture isn’t just consumed—it’s collected, preserved, and passed on. And sometimes, the most powerful stories are the ones you can still hold in your hands.
