The exclusive MotherΓÇÖs Day menu will include many specials and favorites, including┬áthe Smoked Salmon plate (Norwegian smoked salmon with whipped cream cheese on a toasted bagel) and the Beausoleil Oysters served with SALTΓÇÖs very own house cocktail sauce.┬áBe sure to try Chef GoldΓÇÖs delicious Japanese Hamachi, hand cut sashimi with fresh citrus yuzu kosho and olive oil,┬áserved with cucumber “ceviche.” For the main course,┬átry Chef Mark Gold ΓÇÖs flavor-packed┬áHalibut, served with whole roasted cauliflower straight from Tutti Frutti Farms. Cocktails and wine will also be readily available.

Welcomed with a flower upon arrival, the brunch buffet spread includes oysters, ceviche, salads, a Mediterranean table, cheese tables, meat carving station and more, as a live Cuban band serenades. The Classic Brunch ($55) sans alcohol or bottomless Rosé ($69) will also be available.
