21 Days of Divalicious Gifting 2023! Day 11—Boston Snowport Is A Holiday Weekend Filled With Fun!
By The DivaGals | December 8, 2023 | Travel
Get ready for another holiday weekend getaway! Boston, one of the nation’s oldest cities, is offering a host of festive activities to celebrate the season. The Boston Seaport neighborhood, nestled between the city’s scenic waterfront and the historic Fort Point District, is transformed into SNOWPORT, its annual winter wonderland!

Created with The Makers Show in partnership with the small business initiative Constant Contact, SNOWPORT at the Boston Seaport is a luminous, open-air, European-style Holiday Market. It features 120-plus small businesses, of which 71 percent are minority and/or women-owned. SNOWPORT has a specially curated dining area with 17 food and beverage concepts, including four holiday-themed bars.

Betty the Yeti, Seaport’s seasonal mascot, will make special neighborhood appearances throughout the winter season. You can visit the Tree Market at Snowport to purchase Christmas trees, wreaths, kissing balls, tree stands and lights. The Menorah Lighting in honor of Hanukah is being held on December 10. It’s a spectacular light show with traditional treats, including kosher jelly donuts and chocolate gelt. Join the New Year’s Eve Ice Sculpture Stroll, a full-day celebration featuring several large-scale ice sculptures throughout the neighborhood, on December 31.
