Basel On The Bay - Eden Roc Docks (Dec. 6) The Global Gift Foundation USA, Ricky Martin Foundation and Eva Longoria Foundation have teamed up for a day of art, fashion, paddle boarding and charity on two yachts with a floating bar all on the Eden Roc Docks. Get inspired, mingle with the artists and take home your favorite pieces all while supporting a charitable cause. There’ a fashion show by Moon Phases by renowned New York-based artist Ben Moon, and Miami based designer, Gabriela Pires. Proceeds from ticket sales and the auction will be donated to the Global Gift Foundation USA for Hurrican Maria Relief efforts in Puerto Rico.
Gran Centenario x Kelsey Montague - Nautilus South Beach (Starting Dec. 7) Artist Kelsey Montague partners with Gran Centenario Tequila to showcase a white and gold angel wings mural, which will be auctioned off for proceeds to benefit Mexican Relief charities. Displayed in the Nautilus Lobby, when guests to take photos and post on social media during Art Basel with the hashtag, Gran Centenario will donate $10 to charity to benefit families and victims of the earthquake in Mexico City.
ACLU Speak Up Pop-Up - The Standard Spa, Miami Beach (Starting Dec. 7) Stop by The Standard Spa, Miami Beach where top designers including Prabal Gurung, Public School, Everlane and Opening Ceremony, as well as artists The Haas Bros, Mickelane Thomas, Shelter Serra, Daniel Arsham, Amanda Charchian and Shepard Fairey have created limited edition tees, sweatshirts, totes, pins and more in the spirit of the ACLU’s campaign “We the People.” All proceeds benefit the ACLU. #StandWithACLU #DaretoCreate
Food Meets Art at The Bazaar by Jose Andres - SLS South Beach Hotel (Dec. 8) Food definitely meets art at The Bazaar by José Andrés, a member of the American Express Global Dining Collection. Patrons will experience an artistic dining collaboration with José Andrés at the SLS South Beach Hotel. Event proceeds will be donated to World Central Kitchen’s mission in Puerto Rico and other areas. Tickets are $125 per person.
