Everything’s Trash Creator Phoebe Robinson On Those Gorgeous Box Braids. Plus: Meet The Series Cast — Premieres Tonight On Freeform!

Author and comedian Phoebe Robinson created and is starring in the new comedy series Everything’s Trash. Based on her book of the same name, Phoebe is raw, unapologetic and funny as hell on the new Freeform show.

The DivaGals joined the cast last night for XYZ Presents: Everything’s Trash Advance Screening and Panel event inside the 92nd Street Y on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. There we had an exclusive interview with Robinson about the show’s premise, her ballsy dialogue and those fabulous hairstyles.

We also spoke with several other series cast members, including Moses Storm, Toccarra Cash, Nneka Okafor and Jordan Carlos, who plays Robinson’s brother and also writes for the series. Watch our exclusive interview below!
