Here the programs you need to watch this weekend – and this year!

WATCH. From Fox Press Tour Winter: the network┬áwill air the seventh and final season of┬áNew┬áGirl┬ábeginning┬áApril 10! The ensemble comedy┬áabout quirky friends and their┬álove lives┬áwill see the┬áreturn of its leading cast, including Lamorne Morris as Winston Bishop and Hannah Simone as Cece Schmidt. It will also have guest appearances from former faves:┬áNasim Pedrad, Damon Wayans, Jr., and #WBWD Dermot Mulroney! New Girl‘s special one-hour finale will air Tuesday, May. 15.

WATCH TWO. The 75th Golden Globes, hosted by #WBWD┬áSeth Meyers, airs Sunday, Jan 7 at 8 p.m. on NBC. Nominees include Get Out, from writer/director Jordan Peele for Best Motion Picture, Comedy or Musical and its star Daniel Kaluuya for Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy; Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture – Drama nominee Denzel Washington in Roman J. Israel, Esq.; three women of color for Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role in any Motion Picture: Mary J. Blige (Mudbound), Hong Chau (Downsizing) and Octavia Spencer (The Shape of Water). Animated films nominated this year are also diverse with The Breadwinner, Coco and Ferdinand, directed by Carlos Saldanha.

WATCH THREE. The Chi premieres on Showtime this Sunday, giving an inside look at several intertwined residents in the often maligned city. Created by Lena Waithe, who is the first African-American woman to win a comedy writing Emmy for work on Master of None, The Chi is an intense, moving and heartbreaking tale of the aftermath of people after murder, and the story reveals more than the statics of bloodshed that often haunts the city. The Chi premieres Sunday, Jan. 7 at 10 p.m. on Showtime.
