Throughout the series, one question has always kept audiences guessing: who is behind the mask, what is their motive, and why? The Scream films have long explored obsessions with horror movies, Sidney Prescott, and fierce revenge tied to past events. That ongoing mystery is exactly what keeps viewers on the absolute edge of their seats.

Scream 7 continues that iconic tradition.

This time around, audiences reunite with our ultimate final girl, Neve Campbell, as Sidney Prescott. She’s now navigating a new chapter of her life as a mother and wife. Still shaped by years of trauma, Sidney has become fiercely protective, determined to ensure that the horrors of her past do not repeat themselves for the next generation. We love a strong mama bear!

Her daughter, Tatum—sweetly named after Sidney’s late best friend—is portrayed by Isabel May. Tatum struggles to understand her mother’s past and the heavy legacy that follows their family. Isabel steps confidently into the franchise, delivering a standout performance that allows her to completely hold her own within the well-established world of Scream.

And speaking of holding her own, the fabulous Celeste O’Connor joins the cast to play Chloe Parker, Tatum’s fashionista best friend who works on the high school drama club’s costume crew. Trust us, Chloe serves some seriously fierce looks even while dodging Ghostface!

The film also blesses us with the return of a beloved legacy character, the always-glamorous Gale Weathers, played once again by Courteney Cox.

While some fans debated online whether Scream 7 could live up to the franchise’s earlier installments, let us tell you, the film manages to hold its own beautifully. The suspense builds steadily, culminating in a jaw-dropping reveal that leaves many viewers both surprised and totally satisfied.
