TV STAR WEEK! Roxy Sternberg Is Second In Command On CBS’ FBI: Most Wanted!

Loving FBI: Most Wanted on CBS? The DivaGals had the exclusive opportunity to chat with Roxy Sternberg who plays Sheryll Barnes, FBI Special Agent And Second In Command on the CBS hit series. “She’s the only character to be able to put FBI Supervisory Special Agent Jess LaCroix (played by Julian McMahon) in his place when he steps out of line. I love her toughness and her ability to able to express herself!”
This special agent comes from behavioral psych background, so she’s “all about analyzing people and being able to think like a fugitive. She knows what their next steps going to be,” Roxy revealed at the CBS TV Press Tour last month.
Fans have also learned that Sheryll is married to a woman. “I love that she’s a great mum and loves her wife. I love how dynamic she is,” Roxy declared.
Roxy revels in the show’s diverse cast as it allows them to explore their FBI cases from different ethnic perspectives. “There was one episode where my character took the lead and went undercover because we were chasing an African-American fugitive who is living in the Bronx. It was a great opportunity to see my character’s backstory as she’s an ex NYPD detective who worked those streets.”
We know we want to see more of Sheryll’s story in Roxy’s capable hands!
