Go To There! Experience The World With Flyover in Las Vegas
By Maureen Martin | July 17, 2024 | Travel
We are all about the slow-living lifestyle, so we were super excited to visit Las Vegas thoughtfully. Thanks to Flyover in Las Vegas, we combined moments of excitement with breaks to dine and be present.

We stayed at the New York Hotel and Casino. This hotel recreates classic New York landmarks such as the Manhattan Skyline, Brooklyn Bridge, Times Square and the Statue of Liberty to capture the sights, sounds, and spirit of the Big Apple.

More activities!
Mob Museum

This place feels so eerie that you feel like the feds will bust in any minute and haul everyone to jail. Located in downtown Las Vegas,”The Mob Museum is an immersive experience exploring the ongoing power struggle between organized crime and law enforcement from the Mob’s origination to today.” You’ll need a drink to shake off the heebie jeebies. Simply make your way downstairs to their old-world speakeasy for a cocktail.
Nathan Burton’s Magic show

Showgirls, magic, amazing illusions, and Nathan Burton‘s charisma come together in Nathan Burton’s Magic Show. 70 minutes of the most engaging acts on the Las Vegas Strip. Pricing and showtimes are here.
Illuminarium Las Vegas at AREA15

Illuminarium is a destination where immersive experiences meet hospitality. With 16,500 square feet of event space, Illuminarium surrounds you with sight and sound at an epic scale. We caught the Lite Brite experience which took us back to the 70’s. It’s like a psychedelic trip without chemical regret. So much fun and such a playful space. I had a chance to have a cocktail and converse with a few Vegas natives. This was top-tier!
What I wore
Wrangler X Barbie collection pants, a Tracy Turco one-shoulder dress, a bathing suit, and comfortable shoes.
