DISHING DIVA! Beyonce’s Secret Album: Even Her Jeweler Didn’t Know!

Dishing Diva talked exclusively with celebrity jeweler Margo Manhattan, whose pieces were used in several of the videos on Beyonce‘s self-titled fifth album, and Margo admitted to us she had NO IDEA that they were for Beyonce’s top secret album release!

“They didn’t let me know,” Margo admits to us. She did know they were for several videos Beyonce was making and loaned the pieces, which included necklaces, earrings and rings, steadily from August up until last month.

When Margo asked when the launch was, Beyonce’s team said, “Oh we have no idea, we don’t really know what’s going on or when it’s going to come out.” Margo found out when she work up the morning the album dropped on iTunes and several texts from friends had alerted her to the news.

Margo shares that Beyonce loved the piecesΓÇª maybe because of the price: Free! “Beyone’s style team pulled the pieces,” which can be up to $5000 a piece. Happy to report they were all returned!
