The brainchild of Amen Iseghohi, the former professional rugby player spent a part of his childhood in West Africa where his grandmother, a former athlete, instilled in him the power of movement. Now the owner of a conditioning gym in Arizona, he’s brought his unique style of training to our TV and computer screens.
The workout is tough, no doubt. Moves include step ins and outs, lateral tire floor touches, pushups, punches, tire slams, burpees and situps, whew! This workout is definitely about keeping your heart rate up, while conditioning your muscles at the same time.
