‘Tis the year to look and feel good about yourself! Our own Entertainment Gal caught up with the stars of Bravo’s Toned Up, fitness web sensations Karena Dawn and Katrina Hodgson at a private party on the Shade Hotel Rooftop in Los Angeles. There she found out how they find time to fit in exercise (5 a.m. wake-up calls to make it to the gym!) and got schooled on two of their fave moves, below. The Hee-Haw: Get on your knees with light weights in your hands resting near your thighs. Contract your abs and lean slightly back while bringing your hands up until they are parallel to your shoulders. Try for 15 reps to shoulders.
Chaturanga: Begin in a plank pose. Keeping your elbows directly over your wrists, slowly lower your body to hover a few inches above the floor. Keep your back flat. This is great for your triceps say the ladies.
