Thanksgiving is all about getting together with family to make memories over good food.

Even said, Fitness Gal don’t let anything derail her hard workout regimen!

That’s why I’m gonna get CARVED at 12 p.m. on Thursday inside DavidBartonGym Astor Place in New York City.

Master trainer David Barton, who owns fitness facilities in New York, Chicago, Miami and Seattle, is opening his doors to all New Yorkers for a free intense muscle-punishing circuit with heavy weights, multiple sets and active recovery segments.

Within two hours of the workout, my body will be in a blissful hormonal state that prevents it from storing fat ΓÇô hello, hefty helping of homemade stuffing!

Can’t make the class? David recommends engaging in “an intense weight-based workout within two hours of sitting down to a holiday meal to avoid weight gain.”
