FITNESS GAL: Have A Drink!

Today is “Have A Drink” day. And by drink, I mean juice. Make a toast to life and health by sipping down this:

5 carrots
2 celery stalks
3 broccoli sprouts
┬╜ bell pepper
one large garlic clove

Put in juicer to blend.

Hold off ΓÇô We’re not finished! Top this drink off with a half hour of cardio-based exercise. Jog. Dance to your favorite music. Kickbox or circuit weight train with 10 second rests between sets, and thank God that you’re alive. Cheers to All!
