Hey, it’s Sunday, so I’m keeping it short and sweet.

Wanna burn a whole bunch of calories, and have a good time doing it?

Switch on your iPod, crank up your favorite tunes and just dance.

That’s right, don’t matter what you’re wearing or what your moves are. Shaking your booty means you’re burning some calories.

And it won’t even feel like work at all cause you’re having such a good time.

If you’re really in the mood, put on some funky Christmas carols and rock it Santa-style.

Okay, I’m off… getting my groove on.
