Our own fearless EIC Delaina Dixon plans to perfect her running game this October. She’s committing to three 25-minute runs and one 50-minute run/walk weekly. Delaina also wants to add more yoga to her fitness routine; she’s goaling for at least 10-minutes of yoga-based practice daily.
