CRISTINA RUALES. This new┬áfashion Diva cut her teeth at Yale studying costume design, and then had stints with DKNY and Jill Stuart. You can see this inspired-aesthetic in her┬áclean lines and loose elegant fit. We love the tailored pants with the tapered legs.

DESIGUAL. We always know color will pop off the runway when we attend the Desigual show. This season’s collection keeps up its bold hues, inspired by the frivolity in Barcelona. A crazy array of patterns were blended the runway, and pieces draped unexpected body parts as shirts were worn as skirts and jumpers worn as turbans. Flower and checked patterns, patchwork, denim and embroidery took stage. We spotted Orange Is the New Black star Laverne Cox in the audience, and the smile on her face told us she approved.
