I was doing so good on my mission to get a ripped body in 28 days with the help of celebrity trainer Robert Brace and his 28-Day Fast and Fierce Challenge DVD series.

And then it happened. I went to a conference over the weekend and bad food lurked in every corner.

I thought I’d get right back on on the wagon, but then spring allergies got the best of me. I was too tired to work out, much less watch what I eat. How would I ever get back on track?

I turned to Robert for some advice. “Make sure you are well hydrated,” he suggests.

“Have a good breakfast with protein — you will need the energy — and be well rested.”

“Monitor how you feel after each exercise and make sure you have your post-exercise shake ready to replenish the nutrients spent during your workout.”

Robert also says, “Make sure you are drinking green tea and eating asparagus daily. Increase the intensity of the intervals and keep up the running.”

So I’m back at it. Tune in next week for an update as I continue my journey!
