I started my comeback journey with the hope and belief — despite all the injuries in my the joints — I can come back and be in shape once again.
I started in early December, a little before traditional New Year’s resolution time. So by Hanukkah, my face looked a little slimmer and life had come back to my eyes. I was seeing results on Christmas day!
One of the big changes I made was working out with my incredible trainer t Zach Fazz, the leading holistic athletic advisor transforming bodies up and down the shore in Miami.
So what’s our routine? It’s all based on the basics: squats, pushups, planks and crunches. Zach knows so many ways to work my abs, and I love that gut-wrenching burn! And the leg raises. So. Many. Leg. Raises. What I love most are our morning workouts; I’m in a swimsuit and barefoot in the sand. The sand creates its own resistance, and I get to work on my tan at the same time.
You may not have a beach as your backdrop, but these moves do not require a lot of space or equipment and they are very effective. So don’t put it off. Start now and you can look slimmer in just a few weeks.
