It’s #transformationtuesday! The end of the holiday season 2019 had me horrified when I stepped on the scale. But as you know, I don’t give up. Workouts and intermittent fasting helped my body snapback and cutting out alcohol and carbs helped my detox. It was wonderful when my husband Jeffrey noticed that I am firmer than I was a month ago. Not only that, he’s been working out with me!
Sometimes Jeffrey and I exercise together. We take a walk or if I’m my joints are up to it, a little jog on the beach. Sometimes he’ll do a workout video with me. Last week he even went to Zumba with me!
We love having training sessions together with Zach Fazz, the leading holistic athletic advisor transforming bodies up and down the shore in Miami. I feel even more inspired when I watch the man I love investing in his health as well mine. Jeffrey really is great that way and I’m certain that his motivation will continue in 2020.
Jeffrey is also very supportive of my diet and eats whatever I think we should be eating. He totally loves our green juice in the morning! He’s also become a master at making salads — and his guacamole, full of healthy fats, is hard to resist!
We have only this life, so nothing to lose but to go for it – and it’s even better if it can be the two of you!
