DivaGals around the world celebrated Mother’s Day yesterday, and we were no exception. From all our gals who praised their moms to our own resident NEW MOM contributor, we gave them the royal treatment!

We actually started celebrating moms last week when we attended the Diva Moms’ fourth Annual Mom Moguls Breakfast at Lord & Taylor. Supermodel Veronica Webb, along with Mom’s founder Lyss Stern, moderated a panel of power moms who shared sweet scoop on balancing babies and the boardroom. Moms in attendance watched a fashion show of chic workwear from Tahari and makeup tips from Bobbi Brown.

They also took home a small gift bag packed with big surprises, just like mom used to pack in our lunches!

It’s not every day you get to meet not one, but three cat sensations. At Friskies┬« Cat Concoctions private VIP dinner at The Cube at Riverpark, the DivaGals got to hang with pop culture phenomenon Grumpy Cat and famous felines Nala Cat and Waffles — all to celebrate Friskies’ new wet cat food featuring curious flavor combinations from the minds of cats. In honor of their inventive mashups of chicken, crab, salmon, lamb and clam, us human eaters salivated our own delicious combos of crab salad with mint, ginger and grapefruit; smoked lamb with crab and chilis and cured salmon with rhubarb.
